Colour straw yellow, fresh and fruity.

Service temperature

Excellent served very fresh as a drink or together with delicate tasting dishes. Served fresh with not very savoury first courses or with white meat and fish for second course.

Storage

Bottles kept lying on their side in a cellar keep very well.
