Total Acidity 5 – 6%

Sensory profile

Ruby red, medium intensity. Hints of roses, raspberries, coffee grounds and tobacco.

Service temperature 18 – 20° C

With first and second courses, with white meat and not very ripe cheeses.

Storage

Bottles kept lying down in a fresh environment, better if in the dark, can be preserved for a few years and can evolve well.
